Added values

For those entire programs booked through TE Incentives DMC (including lodging), the client will receive the following added values on a free of charge basis:

Welcome gift
To be delivered to participants during the arrival transfer or at any other moment throughout the program, as desired by the client (delivery charges at the hotels are not included). One per room.

Bus and Airport signs
The number of signs necessary to properly guide participants from the airport main exit to the bus, showing the program’s name or the client’s logo. Size: 8,5’ X 11’.

Cold wet towels for all participants
To be included during one excursion or transfer, according to the program.

Oxo-biodegradable bottle of water for each participant
To be provided at the beginning of the program (during the arrival transfer). Our guide will explain participants the reason why we recommend the use of oxo-biodegradable bottles of water for the protection of the environment. This applies only when full program is booked through TE Incentives DMC.

24/7 "manager on duty" service for supervision of the operation
Telephonic assistance provided by a TE Incentives DMC representative throughout the program and availability to process any requests of change and additional services.

Gel Alcohol bottle
A small bottle of gel alcohol will be given to each participant, for them to use it during the program as a hand sanitizer, when it is not possible or convenient to wash with soap and water. Just a quick squirt into the palm of a dime-sized amount is all that’s required. The gel is rubbed into the skin the same way hand lotion would be used, and quickly evaporates due to its alcohol content.
