I was very impressed with Travel Excellence (TE Incentives DMC)…the company and their personnel. The arrangements were orchestrated perfectly…the sign of a great destination management company. Being of a marketing communications background, I was also impressed with the marketing materials provided by your company. They will make selling Costa Rica easy. Having staff members advancing the locations and making the arrangements made the trip very special.

I had a predisposed idea of what to expect in Costa Rica, having heard so much about the country from travelers and people planning their retirement in Costa Rica, but to actually see the country for myself and to experience the hospitality of the people (I can’t say enough about the people who planned and executed this program for us) we met far exceed my already high expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Costa Rica as a destination to individual travelers and group planners. As a matter of fact, I have done so already since my return which will probably lead to a few individual travelers to Costa Rica. I’m working on the groups now. As you know, groups are a longer sell, but I am confident when I encounter the right group for Costa Rica it will be an easy sell. I’m looking forward to returning to Costa Rica with a group in the future. The fact that the dollar is strong there is an added incentive.

I thank everyone connected with this trip for allowing me a closer look at Costa Rica. I was not disappointed!
